The BFC Colleges Council Graduate Preview is an annual event that underpins student support, helping them to transition from university to the world of work. Each year the event allows industry professionals to access the emerging talent from the UK's top fashion colleges as well as to foster relationships between educators, graduates and the industry.

With so many fashion design students forced to carry out and complete their university degrees under extreme lockdown conditions, the discussion centres around the various approaches and new ways of showcasing fashion design to an audience under a digital sphere.  With touch points throughout on sustainability, the role of a designer and newly learnt skills.  Throughout the webinar, students were able to present elements of their work to our expert guests.

‘Life after Graduation’

As part of the Graduate Preview 2020 programming, the BFC presents ‘Life after Graduation’ featuring Emma Davidson, Managing Director, DENZA; Sabrina Damassa, Founding Partner, Between Research Design; Franck Jacquard, President, Bakeneko; and Faye Mitchell, Head of Search, DENZA offer an insider’s perspective around the fashion recruitment landscape.
